Easy, sweet and sour chicken with colorful peppers and balsamic glaze with orange Entopia


  • 1/2 kg of chicken breast cut into strips
  • 3 colored peppers (red, yellow, orange) and 1 medium onion, all finely chopped into strips
  • 800 g hot vegetable broth
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of balsamic glaze orange Entopia
  • Olive oil
  • Salt Pepper


Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the peppers and onion until they wither.  Add the chicken pieces and continue sautéing over medium heat until the chicken is white everywhere.  Quench with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.  Season with salt and pepper and add the broth.  Let our food cook over medium heat until it drinks its liquids.  Add a glass of balsamic glaze with orange Entopia.  Stir lightly and remove from the heat.

Optionally serve with basmati rice and add balsamic glaze orange Entopia for more intensity in the taste!
