Marinated tenderloin with balsamic glaze orange Entopia

We ask our butcher for a tenderloin fillet.

Place in a deep bowl.  Add salt and pepper, marinate with Entopia balsamic glaze orange. Cover the bowl with stretch film and place it in the fridge, for at least half an hour.  Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Serve hot after garnishing with balsamic orange glaze to intense the flavor and the aroma of orange!
