Salad with baby spinach & arugula and Entopia balsamic glaze, fig or honey!

We wash our vegetables and let them drain.  Place them in a salad bowl.  Cut the gruyere (or aged cheese of your choice) into cubes.  Add half a glass of pomegranate and as much blueberries.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish alternatively with balsamic glaze fig or balsamic glaze honey Entopia.
